1.0 Introduction and Acceptance

1.1 Agreement Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you", or "your") and Flexitest Ltd trading as Integravolt ("Integravolt", "we", "us", or "our") for the provision of energy consultancy services. By purchasing any service through our website or engaging our consultancy services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3 Acceptance of Terms

By ticking the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" checkbox during the checkout process and completing payment, you expressly agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or use our services.

2.0 Services and Deliverables

2.1 Feasibility Study

The Feasibility Study service includes:

  • Desktop review and budget estimation from provided plans
  • Technology suitability assessment (ASHP, PV, Battery, EV Charging)
  • Compliance feasibility check (Part L & Future Homes Standard)
  • 30-minute video consultation with David Richards
  • Written summary report with recommendations
  • Budget breakdown for major components

2.2 Technical Design Pack

The Technical Design Pack service includes:

  • Room-by-room heat loss calculations (BS EN 12831)
  • PV array design with shading analysis
  • Single-line electrical schematic (3-phase optimised)
  • DNO G99 application support and documentation
  • Part L compliance documentation package
  • Battery sizing with load profile matching
  • EV charger integration strategy
  • Bill of Materials with manufacturer part numbers
  • Installer briefing pack with Q&A support

2.3 Delivery Timescales

Standard delivery timescales are 3-5 working days from receipt of all required information. Timescales may be extended where additional information is required from the Client or where unforeseen complexities arise. We will notify you promptly of any delays.

2.4 Service Limitations

Our services constitute professional advice and technical design documentation. We do not supply, install, or commission equipment. We do not provide on-site inspection services unless explicitly agreed under a separate Project Oversight engagement.

3.0 Fees and Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Promotional pricing is valid only during the specified promotional period and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Mollie, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment must be received in full before work commences.

3.3 Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided during checkout. This email constitutes your receipt and proof of purchase.

3.4 Additional Work

Any work falling outside the scope of the purchased service package will be quoted separately and requires written agreement before commencement.

4.0 Client Obligations

4.1 Information Provision

You agree to provide all necessary information, plans, specifications, and documentation required for us to perform the services. Information must be accurate, complete, and provided in a timely manner. Delays in providing information may result in extended delivery timescales.

4.2 Use of Deliverables

Technical deliverables are provided for your specific project and may be shared with contractors, installers, and Building Control authorities for the purpose of implementing your project. You must not resell, redistribute, or use our deliverables for commercial purposes without written consent.

4.3 Third-Party Implementation

You acknowledge that implementation of our designs and recommendations will be carried out by third-party contractors and installers. We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or compliance of installation work performed by third parties.

5.0 Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables for your specific project. Integravolt retains all intellectual property rights, including copyright, in all designs, calculations, reports, and documentation.

5.2 Website Content

All content on the Integravolt website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Flexitest Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6.0 Limitation of Liability

6.1 Professional Indemnity

Integravolt maintains professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the services provided. Our liability to you is limited to the value of the service purchased or £10,000, whichever is greater, subject to the exclusions set out in these Terms.

6.2 Exclusions

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of contracts, or delays caused by third-party contractors. We are not liable for losses arising from information or plans provided by you that are inaccurate or incomplete.

6.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we use reasonable skill and care in providing our services, we do not guarantee specific energy performance outcomes, cost savings, or regulatory approvals. Actual results will depend on factors outside our control including installation quality, occupant behaviour, and regulatory decisions.

7.0 Professional Standards

7.1 Compliance with Standards

All technical work is carried out in accordance with relevant British Standards, Building Regulations, and industry best practices. Our calculations and designs comply with BS EN 12831 (heat loss), MCS standards (renewable energy), and DNO requirements (electrical connections).

7.2 Accreditations

Flexitest Ltd holds NICEIC accreditation and MCS certification. David Richards, lead consultant, has 15 years of experience in electrical compliance testing and renewable energy system design.

8.0 Data Protection and Privacy

8.1 Data Processing

We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal information is collected only for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfil the service (e.g., payment processing).

8.2 Data Retention

We retain project data for a minimum of 6 years in accordance with professional standards and insurance requirements. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to our legal obligations.

8.3 Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted via our website.

9.0 Cancellation and Refunds

9.1 Consumer Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at enquiries@integravolt.co.uk before work has commenced.

9.2 Refund Policy

If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period and before we have commenced work, we will provide a full refund within 14 days. Once work has commenced, you forfeit your right to cancel, and no refund will be provided. Work is deemed to have commenced once we begin reviewing your submitted information.

9.3 Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behaviour towards our staff. In such cases, refunds will be at our discretion.

10.0 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or the services provided, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
